Prepare Package
Securely pack the keyboard in its original Varmilo packaging, ensuring all accessories, keycap pullers, and cables are included.
Ship Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection
Once received, our technicians will inspect the hardware for functionality and wear, after which your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
